Chandler Industries, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead supplier strategy, negotiate terms, and optimize sourcing across the U.S. operations.

This senior role focuses on supplier pricing, LTAs, and performance management to support continuity of supply and program profitability. You will work with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Finance, Sales, and Program Management to strengthen supplier partnerships and reduce margin erosion while aligning with long‑term business

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to analyze spend, lead times, and market data.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English with ability to document and present data.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate long‑term supplier agreements and terms to support continuity of supply and margins.
• Develop stocking and procurement strategies including LTAs and blanket orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues across functions.
• Create supplier scorecards and data-driven recommendations for negotiations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align supplier strategy with business goals.
• Travel to suppliers and Chandler U.S. sites as needed.
