Qualifications

• 5-10 years of purchasing, strategic sourcing, buying, or supply chain experience within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering measurable cost and operational improvements.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of manufactured components.
• Demonstrated success using data and analytics to drive sourcing decisions.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for OEM, aftermarket, common, and private-label parts.
• Source new components at competitive pricing while meeting cost, quality, and business objectives.
• Manage part costs, identify savings opportunities, and lead supplier negotiations and long-term agreements.
• Build and manage supplier relationships through regular performance, cost, and service reviews.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and sales to support sourcing and supply chain initiatives.
• Identify new technologies, materials, and components aligned with future product needs.
• Oversee new item setup and master data processes.
