The candidate will drive cost savings, manage complex negotiations, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to enable sustainable sourcing improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of strategic sourcing and/or procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, spend analysis, contracting and supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with stakeholders and align procurement with business objectives.
• Develop category strategies to drive cost savings and supplier consolidation.
• Oversee contracting and full lifecycle of negotiated agreements.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing projects across all seven steps of strategic sourcing.
• Collaborate with technology, business, and supplier partners to meet requirements.
• Support transformation and standardization of sourcing processes.
