Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager – DC Infrastructure Equipment to help expand and scale the next generation of Oracle Cloud data centers. This role drives category strategies, negotiates with suppliers, and ensures reliable supply for critical equipment across UPS, PDU, busway, transformers, switchgear, generators, batteries, and cooling systems.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager – DC Infrastructure Equipment to help expand and scale the next generation of Oracle Cloud data centers.

OCI’s Global Strategic Sourcing organization is responsible for strategic decisions that impact supplier cost, technical capabilities, supply availability, and our ability to deliver critical infrastructure equipment to our data centers. This role requires a strong combination of strategic sourcing expertise, commercial acumen, supplier management, and technical understanding of data center infrastructure equipment.

As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will develop and execute category strategies, lead supplier negotiations, manage strategic supplier relationships, and partner across Oracle to ensure our infrastructure requirements are supported by competitive cost, reliable supply, and strong supplier performance.

The ideal candidate has experience sourcing technically complex infrastructure equipment and is comfortable operating at the intersection of technical requirements and commercial strategy. Relevant equipment categories may include UPS, PDU, busway, RPP, transformers, switchgear, generators, batteries, and cooling equipment.
