The Strategic Sourcing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost optimization while maintaining quality and service levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, operations, and finance to align sourcing decisions with business objectives. The Strategic Sourcing Manager will monitor supplier performance, lead supplier development initiatives, mitigate supply risks, and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation. The role also involves preparing sourcing reports, maintaining procurement documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
