The ideal candidate will coach a team of Buyers, build multi-year strategies, manage PPV, and align warehousing, supply forecasting, and supplier partnerships to support enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in Sourcing/Procurement for direct or indirect spend.
• 1–3 years in a team-leader role.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in contract management and supplier negotiations.
• Travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies aligning spend and supplier partnerships.
• Lead and coach Buyers and cross-functional teams.
• Own PPV targets, track actuals/forecasts, investigate variances, and drive actions with Suppliers.
• Own CAPEX planning and budget management for tooling investments.
• Build and maintain project timelines from PO to production readiness.
• Oversee supplier performance including quality (COQ/CONC).
• Negotiate contracts and stocking agreements for materials and finished products.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing for direct categories and evaluate LC vs domestic options.
• Understand S&OP process and translate forecasts into commitments and specs.
• Monitor market dynamics and act on trends using data.
• Present KPI results to leadership and manage risk in supply contracts.
• Propose and implement mature sourcing policies.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
