This role manages complex, multidimensional deals, operates independently with executive credibility, and aligns cross-functionally with stakeholders and the C-suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience sourcing complex technology (IP, design tools, or semiconductor components).
• Proven ability to lead complex contract negotiations and vendor partnerships.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with cross-functional and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy for the design ecosystem, including IP licensing and tool sourcing.
• Own vendor negotiations and drive terms that balance cost, quality and speed.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable sourcing plans for leadership.
