Job summary

Talently is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing – Food & Beverage in Parsippany, NJ. This hybrid leadership role will oversee food, beverage, and services sourcing strategy across the franchise network, driving value through scale and supplier partnerships.

You will lead teams, analyze spend, negotiate terms, and collaborate with hotel owners, operators, and cross-functional partners to improve profitability and guest experiences across the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
• 8+ years in sourcing, procurement, or operations.
• Experience in hospitality and F&B, ideally supporting a franchise network.
• Strong financial acumen, modeling, spend analysis, and analytics.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage supplier relationships.
• Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of F&B and services sourcing strategies.
• Build programs that aggregate purchasing volume and reduce costs.
• Strengthen relationships with hotel owners, operators, and suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, quality, and contract compliance.
• Analyze purchasing data and spend trends to identify savings.
• Source and evaluate new suppliers and negotiate terms.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across senior leaders.
• Support broader procurement initiatives and operational improvements.
