Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years procurement experience preferred
• 10+ years procurement experience acceptable in lieu of degree
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional sourcing programs

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional stakeholder teams on strategic sourcing initiatives or projects
• Implement, manage, and maintain strategic sourcing programs for various categories
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including strategy, market analysis, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract lifecycle management
• Work with company templates and third-party paper to execute vendor agreements
• Align sourcing initiatives with business needs
• Create and present strategy and results to leadership
• Support suppliers and internal customers for category questions
• Leverage spend data and market insights to drive strategy
• Develop negotiation strategies using cost models and risk awareness
• Serve as primary procurement contact for assigned categories
