Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, Procurement, or Operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proven negotiation skills to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external partners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a fact-based approach.
• Adaptability to changing conditions in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and supplier performance assessment.
• Willingness to travel 10-30% domestically and internationally.
