Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a results-driven Sourcing Manager for Networking Cables (AOC) based in Seattle. You will own sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and partner with hardware engineering to align technology plans with cost targets.

You will lead engagements, drive competitive bidding, and influence supplier decisions while delivering secure, scalable network solutions for AWS infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in supply chain management, planning, strategic sourcing, commodity management or program management.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.

Responsabilités

• Develop sourcing strategies for Networking Cables (AOC) to meet business and engineering objectives and build strategic supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with Network Product Development Engineering to define hardware development and multi-year technology plans.
• Own and manage Networking Cable supplier relationships and analyze industry trends to reduce risk and cost.
• Lead sourcing engagements and competitive bidding (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and track internal metrics.
• Influence suppliers' manufacturing processes and policies for mutual benefit and cost reduction.
• Prepare and negotiate supplier agreements with cross-functional partners and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Support long-term department strategies and act as SME for customers, technologies, and markets.
