Job summary

TechnoSphere, Inc. is seeking a senior strategic sourcing professional in Dearborn, MI to lead IT and marketing spend strategies, negotiate complex contracts, and drive savings initiatives. The role requires 5+ years in strategic sourcing, 5+ years of contract negotiation, and expertise with Gatekeeper/NetSuite.

You will partner with procurement, legal, and business lines to implement sourcing methodologies, optimize supplier performance, and align spend with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related area.
• Fluency with AI-enabled tools and understanding of their appropriate use, limitations, and application to job-related tasks.
• Experience with Contract Management Systems, ERP Systems, and workflow tools used in sourcing (e.g. Gatekeeper, NetSuite).
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience involving marketing- and IT-related spend (i.e. advertising, media, market research/analytics, PR, digital, web design, promotional materials, consulting services, staff augmentation or software and related services).
• 5+ years of contract negotiation experience.
• 4+ years of experience formulating strategies and driving initiatives.
• 4+ years of experience in digital media, advertising and marketing industries.
• Nice to Have: Experience developing and implementing sourcing methodologies.
