Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Marketing (Content Production & Media) to lead the category strategy and drive sourcing initiatives across content, media, and agency services. This role reports to the Content Production & Media partner and collaborates with cross-functional teams.

You will optimize total cost of ownership, negotiate complex agreements, and ensure regulatory and quality standards while enabling innovative content production and omnichannel media delivery.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's with relevant sourcing experience in Marketing services.
• Experience in content production, media, and agency services preferred.
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead category strategy for Content Production and Media.
• Manage sourcing initiatives for content, media planning, and related services.
• Drive cost optimization, supplier innovation, and performance measures.
• Oversee end-to-end supplier relationships and contract lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and Procurement teams.
