Boston Scientific is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist to develop and execute sourcing strategies in electronics, reduce total costs, and secure competitive edge.

The role collaborates with Supplier Quality and Supplier Engineering to ensure product quality and savings, within a hybrid work model in our local office at least three days a week. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in sourcing, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of sourcing or procurement experience.
• Experience managing supplier relationships.
• Experience with project management and risk assessment; MS Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the strategic sourcing representative for post-acquisition integration activities to ensure sourcing, reliability, quality, traceability, and lifecycle requirements are met.
• Assess supplier, component, manufacturing, and commercial risks; develop mitigation recommendations for integration teams.
• Evaluate supplier networks, contracts, sourcing models, and supply continuity risks to support decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop integration roadmaps and long-term supply strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with electronic OEMs, contract manufacturers, and suppliers for business continuity.
