Job summary

Alcon Fort Worth, TX seeks a Sr. Manager of Strategic Sourcing COE to lead direct materials sourcing and analytics initiatives. You will design RFPs, benchmark contracts, and drive cost improvements across Asia and US sites, influencing executive decisions.

The role requires a strong background in medical device procurement, advanced Excel/BI skills, and the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at the Fort Worth location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute RFPs, benchmark contracts, and participate in negotiations.
• Drive analytics initiatives (predictive modeling, scenario modeling) to uncover trends.
• Bridge with Asia and US sites for cost improvements under COE guidance.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Procurement, Engineering, Materials) and present to executives.
