Job summary

Career Crunch is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Lead to manage end-to-end procurement for software, services, and digital marketing needs in the automotive retail sector. You will drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and favorable terms while coordinating with Legal and Security teams.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong analytics on TCO, and presenting supplier strategies to executive leadership. Hybrid work is required on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing for Marketing and IT spend.
• 5+ years contract negotiation.
• 4+ years formulating strategies and driving initiatives.
• 4+ years in digital media, advertising, and marketing industries.
• 4+ years in information technology industries, software/consulting.
• ERP purchasing or sourcing experience.
• Experience developing or implementing sourcing methodology.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the sourcing function and policies within corporate guidelines.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing for software, services and products.
• Negotiate contracts and favorable terms with suppliers.
• Assist supplier assessments with Security and Privacy teams; review supplier capabilities and performance.
• Develop sourcing strategies and present recommendations to VP levels.
• Leverage AI-based tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
