Job summary

Nike Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a Sourcing Analyst II for Apparel/Accessories to partner with product creation, technical development and design teams. You will develop the source strategy for assigned sport segments and ensure execution to the strategy while driving profitability through cost planning guidance.

You will collaborate with Finance to define style-level cost targets, manage the cost planning process, and navigate a cross-functional environment with stakeholders at multiple levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Textiles, Supply Chain, or related field; suitable combinations accepted.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in supply chain, product, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data manipulation to identify trends and drive solutions.

Sourcing Analyst II, Apparel/Accessories Sourcing

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role you will be part of the Sport Sourcing team. You will collaborate daily with the Sport offense. Product Creation team, as well as Finance, Supply Planning, Materials, and Manufacturing teams.

This role is perfect for a teammate with product creation and manufacturing experience with strong communication skills.

The candidate needs:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Textiles, Supply Chain, or related field . Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience (supply chain, product, or manufacturing experience a plus).

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will be responsible for a sport product segment(s), working with the triad (product management, technical development and design) and our product creation center (PCC) teams to build the appropriate source strategy and ensure you execute to that strategy. You will also drive profitability by providing product and portfolio cost planning guidance - defining style level cost targets by working with Finance to understand the overall portfolio-level targets.

The role entails:

• Creating and executing the sourcing strategy for the assigned sport segment
• Managing the cost planning process to ensure profitability, helping product teams assess tradeoffs between product cost/margin and other criteria
• Understand global sourcing process from strategic sourcing to seasonal executionSupporting or leading projects or processes for the organization
