You will work with engineering, operations, program management, Product Line Management, Quality, and global suppliers to bring new products to market and strengthen supplier capabilities.

This role emphasizes RFQ execution, supplier readiness, and cost optimization, with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Development, or NPI within manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specs, and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFQ activities from release through quotation receipt and sourcing recommendations.
• Track RFQ and project milestones; ensure timely quotations and required deliverables.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve questions, changes, and inquiries.
• Review supplier quotations and prepare commercial analyses to support sourcing decisions.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, readiness, and implementation for new and existing suppliers.
