Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst for External Manufacturing to help scale our next-generation cloud services. You will support EM sourcing, analyze supplier spend and costs, and develop models to drive savings while protecting supply continuity.

You will partner with Eng, Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Quality, Finance and Legal to translate business needs into sourcing strategies, monitor supplier performance, and lead value-improvement initiatives across

Qualifications

• Experience in external manufacturing sourcing and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills for cost and supplier analysis.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, finance, legal and operations.
• Proven track record in driving cost optimization and value improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing strategies for external manufacturing partners.
• Analyze supplier spend, pricing, capacity, lead times and risks.
• Support RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and supplier evaluations.
• Develop cost models and pricing analyses for negotiation targets.
• Participate in supplier negotiations on pricing, capacity and terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into sourcing actions.
• Monitor supplier performance and supply continuity risks.
• Develop dashboards and analyses on sourcing performance and risks.
• Drive sourcing projects from analysis to implementation.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing changes.
