Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support Direct and Indirect Procurement teams. You will coordinate sourcing events, manage supplier information, and help implement awarded programs across franchisees and internal stakeholders.

You will work with Category Managers and cross‑functional partners, ensuring accurate documentation, timelines, and reporting while using AI as a support tool. A 0–3 year background in procurement is ideal, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, operations, or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating projects, meetings, timelines, and follow‑ups involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers, franchisees, and stakeholders at different levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use AI as a support tool while owning content.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day project coordination and admin support to Direct and Indirect Procurement teams.
• Maintain procurement project plans, calendars, logs, and supplier records.
• Coordinate RFIs/RFPs and other sourcing events, including communications and evaluation materials.
• Assist Category Managers with spend data, supplier research, pricing comparisons, and market analysis.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, supplier presentations, and business reviews; document decisions and due dates.
• Support supplier onboarding and program implementation, including documentation and training coordination.
• Maintain contract and supplier information, including agreements, pricing exhibits, renewal dates, and contacts.
• Assist with reporting on addressable spend, contracted spend, and supplier performance.
• Route questions, coordinate responses, and maintain program information for inquiries.
• Prepare procurement presentations and status reports for leadership updates.
• Standardize procurement processes, templates, and documentation across teams.
