Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a Business Operations leader to guide ASIC and wafer supply chain, inventory, and supplier relationships. You will build and manage a team of ops managers and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-changing, highly technical environment.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in strategy, supplier performance, and leading diverse teams across engineering and operations, with experience in new and ambiguous settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and release schedules.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to establish wafer and ASIC supply chain and overall business structure.
• Experience with agile or program management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Be the Leader for ASIC Global Business Operations, develop ops models and oversee supply chain, sales orders and inventory.
• Develop a team of Business Operations Managers for supply/demand planning and fulfillment.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for wafer/ASIC supply chain processes and structure.
• Guide operations, goals, and automation efforts with suppliers and internal customers.
• Define project scope and performance, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
