Job summary

sci is seeking a Procurement Analyst to lead sourcing initiatives and provide data-driven insights for informed purchasing decisions. The role collaborates with Buyers to support category management and execution of sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in procurement or analytics, strong Excel, and experience with Coupa and BI tools, delivering dashboards and actionable cost-savings opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in supply chain, business, finance, or related field.
• 3 years of procurement, sourcing, or analytics experience.
• Experience with sourcing events (RFPs/RFQs/RFIs).
• Experience with Coupa procurement system preferred.
• BI tools experience (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing events for complex, high-value spend.
• Develop sourcing strategies, bid structures, and evaluation frameworks.
• Create dashboards and reports on cost savings and spend by category.
• Review supplier quotes and generate purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Buyers and stakeholders to ensure timely PO issuance.
• Provide procurement guidance and ensure policy compliance.
