Job summary

Adecco Creative is partnering with a global Fashion House to recruit for a Sr. Analyst, Procurement role. This position is an 8-month contract with a hybrid schedule in Midtown Manhattan.

The Senior Analyst will support strategic sourcing for Digital, IT technologies and services, working with Category Leads and stakeholders to drive RFPs/RFIs, vendor onboarding, and contract management across global regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic sourcing activities including RFx, spend analysis, and bid evaluation.
• Manage vendor onboarding projects and renewals with Legal, Finance, and Procurement Ops.
• Ensure contract documents follow workflow and are properly cataloged.
• Track contract workflows and identify risks; collaborate with stakeholders on strategic projects and POCs.
• Conduct end-to-end RFP/RFI events and support regional/global agreements.
