What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage procurement for property maintenance and capital projects, including HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, and construction services
- Develop financial models to assess supplier proposals and total cost of ownership for sourcing decisions
- Conduct market research and manage RFIs/RFPs/RFQs to support contract negotiations
- Analyze spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement strategies
- Foster strong supplier relationships and monitor contract compliance to ensure service expectations are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Facilities Category Management
- Familiarity with Strategic Sourcing software, ERP systems, and spend management tools
- Knowledge of Facility Management best practices and systems such as CMMS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, CIPS)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
