Cardinal Health is seeking a visionary Solution Architect to join a high-growth unit with executive visibility. Modernizing our tech stack from .NET/Java to SAP BRIM, Salesforce, and GCP analytics, the role combines strategic influence and hands-on design across integrations and data platforms.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to translate processes into scalable solutions, drive roadmaps, and guide end-to-end architecture decisions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; business/tech experience preferred.
• 8–15+ years in technology; at least 5 years in architecture roles.
• Experience with SAP BRIM, Salesforce, microservices (Java/.NET) and event-driven patterns.
• Cloud proficiency, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP); AWS/Azure helpful.
• Deep data/analytics platform knowledge (BigQuery, Databricks, Tableau).
• Proven ability to present to executives and guide roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architectural vision aligned with business goals.
• Communicate complex concepts to executives and stakeholders.
• Lead design and evolution of SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET/Java and GCP integrations.
• Architect robust integrations with healthcare partners’ systems.
• Provide governance and mentorship across project teams.
• Champion modernization, automation and reduction of technical debt.
• Collaborate with product owners, leads and enterprise architects.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end data flows to guide design.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation within the roadmap.
