Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Solution Architect within the Investment Bank CTO Architecture team. You will shape and support the architectural direction and ensure alignment with divisional and group-level strategies.

Key responsibilities include developing architectural standards, leading governance processes, and engaging with both technology and business stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in architecture, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise or solution architecture across various domains.
• Ability to operate in a governance-driven, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices.
• Lead architectural governance processes within the IB CTO.
• Serve as the primary GCTO point of contact for the Investment Bank.
• Assess and prioritize incoming requests from IB and GCTO.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure architectural considerations are addressed.
