Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Solution Architect to bridge business strategy and technology, shaping our enterprise technology landscape. You will partner with business leaders and tech teams to design scalable, secure solutions using cloud, AI, APIs, analytics, and ERP systems.

The ideal candidate translates business challenges into technology, driving architectural best practices and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in IT, solution architecture, or enterprise apps.
• Experience with Oracle EBS or comparable ERP platforms.
• Strong communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Leadership of cross-functional initiatives and architecture programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and architecture of complex enterprise solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Influence enterprise architecture decisions and establish standards.
• Drive innovation with emerging technologies and AI integrations.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and technology roadmaps.
• Mentor teams on architecture principles and best practices.
• Ensure security, performance, and governance alignment.
• Collaborate with infra, dev, and ops to deliver initiatives.
• Champion process improvement and cost reduction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in cloud, AI, and data platforms.
