Charter Manufacturing seeks a Solution Architect to bridge business strategy and technology, shaping an innovative enterprise landscape. You will design scalable, secure solutions, partnering with leaders, developers, and teams to drive growth and efficiency.

You’ll lead architecture reviews, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with security, governance, and performance standards while exploring AI, cloud, APIs, and ERP integrations to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT, solution architecture, or enterprise apps.
• Broad tech expertise across ERP, cloud, integration, security, data.
• Experience with ERP vendors and software providers.
• Strong communicator, able to present to tech and execs.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Oracle EBS or comparable ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of complex enterprise solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish best practices, standards, and reference architectures.
• Drive innovation and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and technology roadmaps.
• Mentor development and technology teams on architecture principles.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, governance.
• Collaborate with infra, dev, and ops teams on initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Stay current on cloud, AI, data platforms, and enterprise apps.
