Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Head of Software Product Management in Somerville, MA. You will own the software product roadmap spanning firmware, desktop, IoT, and workflows, collaborating with engineering to shape the user experience across our printers and related products.

You’ll lead a team of product managers, own the lifecycle from conception through launch, and mentor others while driving a data-driven roadmap. Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $205,000 with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a product management role.
• Experience leading a team with 5+ direct reports.
• Preferably have a computer science or embedded engineering background.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and build a roadmap for new areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product life cycle from conception to launch and commercialization.
• Influence decisions across software and hardware domains and collaborate with diverse leaders.
• Understand users through research and competitive analysis; identify market gaps for Formlabs."
• Be a product thought leader and mentor existing PMs, shaping the team and hiring strategy.
• Develop and maintain the software roadmap in close partnership with engineering teams.
