Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media management or digital content strategy.
• Strong understanding of major platforms and channel-specific approaches.
• Experience with content calendars, scheduling tools, and analytics.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own COCOON’s social presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute content strategy with calendars and campaigns.
• Monitor trends, algorithm changes, and performance metrics.
• Publish content accurately and on schedule across platforms.
• Support events and growth initiatives as needed.
• Respond to comments and foster a positive online community.
