Story Co is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead social for Story and its client partners. This strategic, editorial role focuses on narrative development across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, with ownership of campaigns and copy that carry the brand voice.

You’ll work closely with client teams, set the tone, plan campaigns end-to-end, and make editorial calls while collaborating with design and motion to shape assets. Relocation to the SF Bay Area is expected or encouraged.

Formación

• Proven track record of managing social accounts and campaigns.
• Exceptional writing with ability to adapt brand voices.
• Strong strategic and editorial judgment.
• Comfort presenting plans to clients and defending recommendations.
• Fluency across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Willingness to relocate to the SF Bay Area.

Responsabilidades

• Set social strategy for Story's channels and for assigned client accounts: positioning, voice, channel mix and growth.
• Plan and run campaigns end to end: the idea, narrative arc, calendar, launch and read-out.
• Write strong copy: posts, threads, captions, and short-form scripts in a range of brand voices.
• Make editorial calls about what's worth posting and defend those decisions with clients.
• Brief and shape work from design and motion teams rather than producing every asset.
• Read performance qualitatively and quantitatively to inform future plans.
