Job summary

OffSec is seeking a Social Media & Community Strategist to lead the brand's digital voice across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging channels. You will shape content, campaigns, and influencer partnerships to engage security professionals and executives.

You'll collaborate with R&D, Content, and Demand Gen to ensure a cohesive go-to-market narrative, measure impact, and drive pipeline through social programs in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving social growth in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Bilingual: fluent in hacker/exec language.
• Align Product, Demand Gen and Marketing campaigns.
• Translate technical content for executive audiences.
• Proven visual assets and brand continuity.
• Autonomous, adaptable with fast decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the end-to-end social strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Lead unified go-to-market social narrative for major campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day engagement across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Discord.
• Ghostwrite and design narratives for OffSec leadership.
• Identify and partner with cybersecurity influencers and KOLs.
