Job summary

CF Industries in Claremore, OK is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead the site procurement and materials control team. You will align with the company’s strategic direction, drive standardization, supplier base optimization, and cost-saving synergies across functions and locations.

You will own the site procurement process, transform practices, build relationships, measure KPIs, and push for productivity gains through supplier management, risk control, and procure-to-pay excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other related disciplines.
• Experience in industrial environment, knowledge of chemical manufacturing and major capital projects.
• Certification in procurement or supply management desirable; MBA is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP, Coupa/Ariba procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads the site-based procurement team to deliver long-term and annual goals.
• Owner of the procurement process at the site and engages strategically to transform processes.
• Participates in long-term strategic planning and annual goal setting addressing cost, safety, risk, and reliability.
• Drives improvement in turnaround and capital project planning, contracting and execution.
• Creates a collaborative procurement culture with governance and metrics.
• Ensures reporting on KPIs and supports site leadership initiatives.
