Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to drive site-based procurement and materials control, aligning with company-wide strategy. You will champion best practices, build cross-functional relationships, and ensure accountable procurement processes at the site level.

You will lead efforts in cost reduction, supplier performance, and risk management while promoting standardized, optimized procurement strategies across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in industrial environments; knowledge of chemical manufacturing and major capital projects.
• Procurement systems experience (SAP, Coupa/Ariba). MBA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site-based procurement team to meet long-term and annual goals.
• Own the procurement process at the site and drive strategic alignment with business plans.
• Drive supplier management, risk management, and cost-saving initiatives across locations.
• Promote standardization and optimization of procurement strategies and processes.
