Job summary

Divergent is shaping the future of industrial manufacturing, combining design, fabrication, and systems integration. The Business Operations Manager will own the SIOP process and partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align demand, supply, and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5–8+ years in operations or S&OP roles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across executives to execution teams.
• Strong analytical skills with ERP/MRP and analytics tools (SAP/Oracle/Kinaxis/o9/Power BI).
• Ability to navigate complex data and drive cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continually improve the monthly SIOP process with timely inputs and decisions.
• Facilitate structured reviews aligning Sales, Programs, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and data governance for actionable leadership insights.
• Collaborate with data science/digital teams to enhance planning systems and analytics.
• Identify cross-functional risks and drive mitigation plans with documented decisions.
• Ensure operational plans support strategic and financial objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and successful adoption of new processes and tools.
