Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Senior SIOP Manager to lead end-to-end sales, inventory and operations planning for the FinFansBusiness Unit, aligning across commercial, operations, supply chain, engineering and finance to drive growth and profitability.

You will translate objectives into actionable demand, supply, capacity, inventory and resource plans, provide visibility to risks and opportunities, and lead executive planning reviews for mitigation strategies and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supply chain management with heavy SIOP focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SIOP process aligning demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and finance.
• Develop exec dashboards and reports on trends, risks, and actions.
• Coach and develop a high-performing planning team.
• Drive digital planning capabilities and analytics in ERP, JD Edwards, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ensure readiness for project launches and growth initiatives.
