Qualifications

• Ability to learn new business systems quickly and apply them effectively.
• Solid self-motivation with ability to pick up Distribution Requirements Planning on the fly.
• A portfolio or work samples demonstrating business expertise.
• Familiarity with ScaleTech workflows or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Defend the budget line by line when Macon finance comes knocking.
• Reallocate spend toward the channels that are actually working.
• Convert a client-focused hunch into a tested hypothesis for the board.
• Pull apart stalled deals and rebuild the path to yes.
• Flag assumptions in the plan that everything else rests on.
• Keep ScaleTech from selecting numbers that don't cover rent.
