Job summary

TDW, a leader in pipeline services, seeks a Project Manager to oversee customer projects from inquiry through completion. You will coordinate quotes, scheduling, field execution, invoicing and reporting to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with TDW standards.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, 3–5 years of PM experience, and PMP is preferred. You will work with engineering, operations, and finance teams, communicate clearly with customers, and manage risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; 3–5 years of PM experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with ASME/CSA standards and pipeline operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotes, scheduling, project management, invoicing and field execution to deliver TDW solutions to customer.
• Collect project information from customers to execute successful projects.
• Review quotes and invoices for accuracy and pricing alignment with scope.
• Generate and process change orders efficiently.
• Monitor and communicate project background, objectives, scope and deliverables.
• Attend site visits and customer meetings as needed.
• Coordinate resources and assign responsibilities across vendors and field personnel.
• Communicate project risk level to customer and services organization.
• Collaborate on best practices and drive TDW culture.
