Zipliens is seeking a Senior Content Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You will own SEO and content strategy, write and edit content, and turn complex lien-resolution topics into clear, trusted resources for paralegals, case managers, and attorneys.

This hands-on role focuses on writing and execution with increasing strategy ownership, collaborating with SMEs, Customer Success, and Product Marketing, and measuring impact with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content marketing or SEO with published work.
• Ability to translate complex lien-resolution topics into clear content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with brand voice.
• Experience interviewing subject-matter experts for content.
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up research and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the SEO and content strategy for Zipliens.
• Write blog posts, guides, checklists, templates, and case studies.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Customer Success, and leadership to convert knowledge into content.
• Develop LinkedIn content, newsletters, and asset formats across channels.
• Manage on-site content and marketing collateral, including pages and metadata.
