Job summary

N4 Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for a multidisciplinary team supporting Government clients, coordinating schedules, resources, and quality across publications and communications.

The role requires extensive experience managing complex programs, excellent stakeholder communication, and a proven ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining schedule and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
• With a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of additional experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience managing complex programs, projects, communications operations, publications, or related Federal support activities.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Experience overseeing production of technical information across varied formats (reports, briefs, publications, web content, etc.).
• Strong understanding of project-management principles; PMI PMBOK familiarity is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team; allocate and balance resources; manage schedules, risks, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate directly with Government stakeholders and serve as primary management interface with Contracting Officer and COR.
