The Senior Project Manager will plan and manage various client projects. The required skills are listed below.

Skills Required/Desired:

• Required: 8 years of experience - relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
• Required: 8 years - performs as a liaison between vendors, program/business, and IT teams.
• Required: 8 years - implements IT projects costing two million dollars or more.
• Required: 8 years - demonstrates ability to meet tight deadlines in complex IT projects.
• Required: 8 years - exhibits excellent analytical, problem-solving, team-playing, and communication skills.
• Required: 8 years - provides strong oral and written communication skills.
• Required: 8 years - shows knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of public health.
• Required: 8 years - understands the Project Management Life Cycle, Agile Development Life Cycle, and their interdependencies.

Preferred skills include:

• 3 years of data analysis experience and participation in analyzing raw data.
• 3 years as a Business Analyst in requirements gathering, if needed.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
