Job summary

Brightview Senior Living seeks a Senior Project Director to oversee planning, design, construction, and turnover for multiple communities in a hybrid Baltimore environment. You will provide technical leadership, mentor Project Directors, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across the Design and Construction team.

The role requires overseeing feasibility, entitlement, design, construction, turnover, warranty, and post-occupancy support, with a focus on delivering on time, within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience managing complex ground-up development and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for multiple projects across phases of the project lifecycle.
• Lead negotiation, documentation, and administration of contracts and change orders.
• Review and negotiate contractor requests, proposed change orders, and cost proposals.
• Manage project finances including budget reviews, forecasting, and cost reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to schedules, budgets, and compliance.
• Drive process improvements and share lessons learned across the team.
• Mentor Project Directors and provide guidance on contracts, budgets, and schedules.
