Brightview Senior Living, headquartered in Baltimore, seeks a Project Director of Design and Construction to oversee the full lifecycle from predevelopment through turnover. You will lead budgets, schedules, quality, and stakeholder coordination across regions, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of Class A living communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college and 5+ years of progressive real estate project management experience in Class A senior living, multi-family, hospitality, or similar.
• Ability to manage, motivate, and delegate to a diverse team of partners and consultants.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Design and Construction team in cross-functional initiatives and drive broader company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and consultants.
• Support development with market analysis, site selection, environmental studies, financial review, and regulatory approvals.
• Lead design across Concept, Schematic, DD, and Construction Documents phases.
