Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Anchorage, AK team onsite. You will partner with senior leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, delivering actionable insights to improve productivity and resource allocation.

You will develop business cases, support workforce planning, and mentor junior analysts, while aligning with leadership to influence long-term strategy and program funding compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 3 years of analytical/business experience.
MBA, CPA and CMA are preferred qualifications.
Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends and variances, and provide meaningful recommendations.
Develop financial models, proformas, business cases, and value propositions to support strategic initiatives.
Partner with leaders on annual budgets, long-range financial plans, capital planning, and forecasting.
Collaborate with Accounting during monthly close processes and financial reviews.
Create and present analyses that support effective operational and financial decision-making.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts.
