Poli Construction Inc is seeking a Senior Estimator to produce accurate and competitive estimates for commercial and government construction projects in Orlando, FL. This onsite role requires strategic thinking and deep knowledge of construction means, methods, and markets.

As a Senior Estimator, you will drive the bid process, coordinate with internal teams, review subcontractor proposals, and identify financial risks. Join a purpose-driven contractor focused on integrity and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction estimating experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft 365, and estimating platforms such as ProEst, Sage Estimating, Building Connected or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Estimate for commercial and government projects with detailed cost analysis.
• Lead end-to-end bid process and coordinate with project teams.
• Communicate estimates and risk factors to leadership and PM teams.
• Refine estimating processes and maintain cost databases with current market data.
• Create scopes and timelines for disciplines and manage bid schedules.
