Job summary

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor leader, seeks a senior Supply Chain professional to optimize capacity, manage WIP across global fabs, and build predictive analytics for multi-tier risks.

You will balance volatile forecasts with long lead times to drive master production scheduling and inventory optimization, partnering with sourcing, engineering, and finance to improve productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of dedicated supply chain experience, with at least 2 years operating directly within semiconductors or high-tech hardware manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder/JDA, Kinaxis or NetSuite.
• Data visualization with Tableau and/or Power BI plus strong spreadsheet modeling.
• Firm understanding of chip fabrication flows, die-sorting metrics, substrate constraints and manufacturing yield.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Production Capacity Planning: Monitor and optimize allocation across multiple fabs.
• Lead solution development, change management, and customer communications for delivery plans.
• Monitor WIP tracking metrics across global foundries to resolve delays or yield excursions.
• Develop predictive analytics dashboards to evaluate multi-tier supply chain risks.
• Balance demand with long foundry lead times to drive Master Production Scheduling.
• Review safety stock to minimize excess inventory while ensuring fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Global Sourcing, Product Engineering, Finance, and Logistics for NPI ramps.
• Identify business opportunities and creative solutions to complex problems.
• Prepare and present SCM metrics to senior management, driving productivity and profitability.
