Job summary

Creek Technologies is seeking an Operations Manager to support Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. The role covers security management, administrative support, and compliance with government security requirements for personnel, records, and facilities.

You will oversee daily security operations, coordinate access, assist with clearances, manage records, and help develop policies and SOPs while ensuring timely project delivery and secure information handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in security management.
• Experience supporting personnel, information, physical, or operational security activities.
• Knowledge of government security procedures and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearance or installation access.

Responsibilities

• Support daily security operations across personnel and information security.
• Coordinate visitor access, badges, facility requests, and in-processing.
• Assist with security clearance verification and background investigations.
• Maintain security records, tracking systems, and documentation.
• Develop and revise security policies and SOPs.
• Support OPSEC reviews, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with personnel, contractors, and security teams on requests.
• Handle CUI marking, storage, and destruction procedures.
• Track security projects and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Provide training on security procedures to personnel.
• Support facility security improvements and access control systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve security processes and efficiency.
