Qualificações

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in management analysis, program support, government contracting, or related field.
• Experience with administrative support, project coordination, or contract documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning, coordination, and tracking of projects and assignments.
• Support Work Unit Managers with documentation, funding information, and project requirements.
• Track contract information, deadlines, periods of performance, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records and update government databases and tracking systems.
• Assist with preparing, reviewing, and submitting technical reports and summaries.
• Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and program managers to ensure timely completion.
• Support case file transfers, contract documentation, and project closeout activities.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedures.
• Maintain project tracking spreadsheets and provide routine status updates.
• Identify outstanding tasks and follow up with responsible personnel.
