Job summary

Missouri Lottery is hiring a Security and Integrity Manager to direct the Security Department and its investigators. You will develop and implement a comprehensive plan to enhance safety and security for facilities, staff, visitors, and products, while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will oversee investigations, security standards, and strategic security initiatives, manage background checks, and coordinate with MUSL and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience directing a security department and investigators.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Knowledge of statutes and regulations as applied to state lotteries.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public, governmental bodies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct the Security department and its investigators.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive security plan for facilities, staff, visitors and products.
• Oversee investigations and ensure documentation is thorough and conclusive.
• Create and enforce internal security standards per regulations and procedures.
• Participate in strategic planning and security projects for the organization.
• Oversee background investigations of Lottery personnel, vendors and contractors.
• Manage security surveillance, access control, and alarm systems and related software.
• Serve as main point-of-contact for MUSL compliance and national standards.
• Provide leadership in legal matters and vendor contracts related to security.
• Lead and develop professional and technical Lottery staff.
