Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Application & Platform Security Architect to partner with development teams to design secure software solutions across cloud and on-prem environments. The role focuses on defining security patterns, risk-based controls, and secure configurations throughout the SDLC.

You will collaborate with application architects, DevOps, and IT leadership to embed security in design, coding, configuration, and deployment, including API security and cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to assess and communicate information security concepts to business and IT stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SDLC, architecture, and security controls in enterprise environments.
• Experience with secure coding practices and threat modeling for applications.
